Notes
Plum, cherries and red berries with a hint of vanilla and spice. Almost off dry due to the appassimento sweetness. Very smooth with gentle tannins, but bursting with flavour. A good red for 'white wine drinkers'.
Pairings
Easy to drink on its own but a rich red meat would work well.
